About the role
- Support the Government of Canada as a Customer Partner
- Drive strategic growth and deepen trust with public sector leaders
- Deliver mission-critical outcomes that align with Canada’s digital transformation
- Maintain and grow partnerships with federal departments and agencies
- Ensure compliance with government standards and build trusted relationships
- Identify new opportunities and expand existing engagements
- Craft and execute account strategies reflecting departmental mandates
- Own the account P&L and ensure financial health
- Collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners for service excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years experience running account P&L within the federal government
- 5+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Government of Canada security clearance
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred
