About the role

Lead strategic transformation initiatives for Workforce Solutions Organisation within Consult business
Align delivery model with professional services organisation principles
Matrixed collaboration with practices, learning, analytics, and offering teams
Analyse organisational structures, processes, and behaviours to identify improvements
Design and implement scalable operating models and cross-functional process redesigns
Drive change management initiatives and define/track KPIs
Champion internal mobility, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives
Enable location strategy and workforce planning in alignment with business growth

10+ years of experience in transformation, workforce management, or consulting leadership roles
Industry experience within professional services, consulting or technology consulting global environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field
Certifications in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are advantageous
Proven experience in leading large-scale organisational transformation within global, matrixed environments
Strong background in workforce strategy, resource management, and operational excellence
Experience with metrics and tools such as Power BI
Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication
Data-driven mindset; familiarity with professional services operating models
Experience with AI-enabled workforce tools and KPI systems is a plus
