About the role
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Architect, develop, and manage integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and external/cloud systems
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for integration solutions
- Conduct technical and business workshops with clients
- Design, optimize, and implement automation workflows and service maps
- Lead technical delivery teams and mentor consultants/developers
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and FSO)
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with various infrastructure/cloud/on-premise platforms
- Strong capabilities in scripting (JavaScript)
- Certification(s): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and at least two mainline CIS certifications for ITOM products.
