About the role
- Lead ServiceNow projects across modules, including SCM, FSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC
- Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology
- Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate client discussions
- Track milestones and maintain integrated delivery plans
- Manage project activities using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM
- Support financial tracking and reporting for projects
- Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
Requirements
- 4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
- Preferred: ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification
- Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
