Acts as primary point of contact for customer resources, project activities, and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes
Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement, often in collaboration with services partners, ensuring all team members understand their tasks and deliverables
Serve as the single point of contact for client engagements, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication in both required languages, as required
Apply expertise in ServiceNow methodologies (such as “NowCreate” or other practice methodologies) to promote successful and efficient project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders such as, partners, and clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and value drivers, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client goals
Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and promote customer success
Identify gaps between actual progress and project plans, proposing solutions and driving resolution
Lead multiple concurrent projects (if needed), ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
Facilitate workshops and meetings, often requiring the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
Organizes the project kickoff and process workshop(s) – Facilitates activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in professional services and consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow projects
MS Project software
Proven ability to lead teams and manage large, complex ServiceNow implementations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in culturally and linguistically diverse environments
Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and French, as required by the client or region)
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, ITIL Foundations) or any training accreditation preferred are highly desirable
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving continuous improvement
