About the role
- Develop, plan and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project effectively
- Apply effort management and resource optimization principles
- Coordinate and supervise multiple resources in a matrix environment
- Organize and lead project steering committees and project follow-up meetings
- Ensure adherence to defined cost, schedule and scope constraints
- Identify, assess and manage project-related risks
- Provide regular monitoring of project progress and produce status reports
- Apply project management principles in accordance with PMI methodology
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM-ITAM, CSM, Employee Service Foundation/HRSD, SecOps or AppEngine)
- College diploma (DEC) in computer science, multimedia or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work in an Agile environment
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
