About the role
- Responsible for the successful performance of leisure travel for international customers from beginning to end.
- Work closely with Sales and other internal department stakeholders.
- Responsible for supplier relationship management, presenting the creation of tailor-made concepts & itineraries.
- Manage throughout the execution phase any project, including supervision on-site as needed.
- Oversee all financial matters, ensuring open communication and alignment between key stakeholders.
- Understand client’s needs and expectations, liaising with sales.
- Monitor and control services confirmed within given budgets.
- Oversee all aspects of execution, handling Sales/Clients inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Implement and adopt appropriate systems, procedures & measurement tools to ensure excellent service standards.
Requirements
- Solid evidence of work experience within tourism (2-5 years)
- Good knowledge of the destination Germany & Austria
- Proven track of project management, commercial awareness, negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluency in German and English is essential, any additional language(s) as a plus
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong planning and execution skills
- MS Office skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal management at all levels
- Ability to effectively influence at multiple levels with excellent communication skills
- Team player, team builder, ability to work both in group situations and also as an individual
- Creative thinking for effective problem resolution
- Excellent at multitasking and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
