About the role
- Take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems
- Support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and onboard flexible assets
- Optimize and automate processes
- Understand requirements of grid operators in terms of nomination format and deadlines
- Ensure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working
- Lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets
- Coordinate with internal communities to create the best customer experience
- Discover and eliminate operational risk
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
- Preferably, bring some coding experience
- Have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- Fluent in English; if you speak German and other languages, that’s a plus
- Detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality.
