Project Manager

• You coordinate multiple funded projects, keeping project goals and budgets in view and ensuring schedules are met.
• You oversee funded projects across the entire project lifecycle (including funding disbursements, financial controlling, and reporting).
• You act as the interface between internal teams and external funding partners, facilitate coordination, clarify requirements, and ensure transparency on project progress.
• You support the development and drafting of project proposals and grant applications for public and private funders (ministries, foundations, NGOs, etc.).
• You actively contribute to the further development of our project and funding management, optimize processes, and help establish additional standards that promote transparency and efficiency both internally and externally.

• Your role will involve counseling children, adolescents and young adults.
• Topics include anxiety, loneliness, depressive symptoms, or problems at school and within the family.
• Each chat shift lasts 2.5 hours and can be scheduled flexibly.
• A voluntary commitment of at least 5 hours per month is desired.
• An onboarding program is provided.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and advance full-stack web applications within our modern technology stack.
• Adding new features to our proprietary web-based chat messenger to make human text interaction more personal, accessible, robust, and secure.
• Improving counseling quality and efficiency by integrating new tools into the platform that help with routine tasks of the psychosocial counseling team.
• Implement responsive user interfaces based on design specifications in close collaboration with designers and stakeholders.
• Design and build robust backend APIs, including AI/ML services and integrate them into existing systems.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of our applications.
• Write clean, testable and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
• Optional: Actively contribute to the development of new AI/ML-based product features.

Full Stack Developer – Freelance

• Dein Purpose auf der 20h Teilzeit-Stelle als (Psycho-Social) Counselor im Beratungsteam ab 01.12.2025 (projektbefristet bis 31.12.2026) ist vor allem die Chat-Beratung von Kindern und Jugendlichen bei krisenchat auf einem Level der Exzellenz voran zu bringen.
• Beratung von akuten, herausfordernden oder sog. priorisierten Chats , vorwiegend in den Abend- und Nachtstunden
• Begleitung unserer Praktikant:innen und ehrenamtlichen Berater:innen im 4-Augen-Prinzip
• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Intervisionen , Supervisionen und Workshops, um eine anhaltend hohe Beratungsqualität zu gewährleisten
• Einarbeitung in die Rufbereitschaft und im Notfall Übernahme von Schichten
