• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations.
• Helps ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Sales department.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Shaner Hotels, franchise, and hotel/departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that Sales team is informed as well.
• Be knowledgeable and understanding of current customers and accounts, particularly those corporations, agencies, associations, tour operations, sports teams, and other groups or organizations who purchase hotel services.
• Helps determine and implement what additional business or market segments the hotel should pursue.
• Establish special packages or programs to boost occupancy during slow periods, and creating advertising through newspaper, direct mail, billboards, etc. in support of these programs.
• Attend trade shows, chamber of commerce or civic events, and other local organizations in support of hotel sales.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, and staff.

Project Manager

• Develop and champion a long-term AI roadmap aligned with Shaner’s mission and business goals.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across guest experience, information technology, finance and accounting, workforce development / HR, sales and marketing, revenue management, e-commerce, and operations.
• Serve as the primary technical resource within the IT department for AI initiatives.
• Lead the identification, prototyping, and implementation of AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to deploy and maintain AI systems.
• Collect, clean, and analyze organizational data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Build and apply statistical and machine learning models for purposes such as guest segmentation, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and service personalization.
• Support integration of AI outputs into dashboards and reports for executive and operational use.
• Act as a liaison between the AI function and all internal departments.
• Communicate complex data findings and AI capabilities in clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
• Build trust and buy-in for AI initiatives through transparent communication and measurable results.
• Maintain and enforce the company’s AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI practices.
• Establish data protection and bias monitoring standards, ensuring appropriate human oversight for all AI-generated outputs.
• Promote organization-wide understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for employees to use AI tools effectively in daily tasks and decision-making.
• Promote an environment of workplace safety, ensuring duties are performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Accounting Manager

• Maintains knowledge of and complies with all Shaner and Hilton policies and procedures.
• Verifies accuracy of the invoices and taxation.
• Reviews the accounts payable aging.
• Responsible for reconciling vendor statement monthly.
• Runs all month end and accounts payable reports.
• Verifies deposits and charges credit cards for upcoming groups.
• Daily deposits taken to the bank.
• Assists guests with any billing related inquiries and documentation.
• Prepares and maintains accounting documents and records.
• Prepares bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconciles accounts in a timely manner.
• Researches, tracks, and restores accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Handles and routes all incoming Sales Calls to appropriate area.
• Maintains and updates Rooming Lists for Sales Department.
• Point of contact for all Sales Inquiries.
• Performs basic office tasks such as filing reports, updating records, organizing documents, researching, resolving discrepancies, processing/following up on direct bills, inputting room lists, and fielding all calls to both departments.
• Any other duty as requested by Senior Leadership, Sales Management, or the Accounting/Human Resources Manager.

Accounting and Sales Administrator

• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
• Observe all house and safety rules, departmental procedures, and security procedures
• Assist with inventories as scheduled
• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
• Upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting with ice machines, refrigeration units, and air handling units
• Perform general maintenance in accordance with Shaner Hotels and franchise standards
• Other duties as assigned
