About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with Shaner Hotels properties to maximize room revenue and profitability
Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices
Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to identify revenue opportunities
Monitor pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize hotel performance
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance analyses
Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to ensure revenue strategies align with property goals
Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members across all levels of the organization
Continuously evaluate performance and recommend adjustments to drive revenue growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management
Current knowledge of and experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and independent hotel reservation and yield management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and creatively
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for driving results
