About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical, operational, and business roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and launch effective searches
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find talent
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and overall fit
  • Coordinate and help manage interview processes to keep searches moving efficiently
  • Present qualified candidates with clear, thoughtful recommendations
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
  • Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and search progress in the applicant tracking system
  • Help improve recruiting workflows, job postings, and hiring process consistency
  • Support offer-stage coordination and closing efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for technical, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively build candidate pipelines
  • Strong screening and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a part-time capacity
  • Comfort working in a growing, evolving environment
  • Availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours
