• Own and drive the roadmap, together with the Product Owner and the QA Practice Lead, for test environment management, aligning with product and platform strategies.
• Define, drive implement, and continuously improve processes for environment provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Act as the central point of contact for all environment‑related issues, escalations, and planning.
• Work closely with delivery teams to understand their environment needs and ensure timely availability.
• Implement governance around access, data management, security, and compliance for all non‑production environments.
• Ensure environments are standardized, well‑documented, cost‑efficient, and scalable.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and Product teams to optimize the end‑to‑end ecosystem.
• Define and monitor KPIs around environment uptime, deployment success, environmental conflicts, and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Platform team to drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase environment reliability.
