About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and our Software Engineers.
- Help software engineers grow, feel empowered, and do their best work.
- Support product teams working with Agile principles.
- Encourage a strong sense of ownership and collaboration across teams.
- Foster the happiness and satisfaction of engineers and provide opportunities for transitioning between teams.
- Track key metrics such as employee net promoter score (NPS), team health, and retention rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing resources (20+ FTE) in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills and ability to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy & Growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrate continuous learning, personal growth, and foster a culture of feedback.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and ways of working across multiple teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments including builds inclusive environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
