About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a critical role in defining, setting up, and implementing end-to-end processes that drive performance, standardization, and operational excellence across our Category & Buying organization.
Lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance process governance.
Improve the quality and consistency of category plans through frameworks and templates.
Lead the development and deployment of tools that support category management and buying processes.
Work closely with supply chain, finance, and data teams to drive end-to-end alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working experience.
Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a commercial, buying, or category management environment.
Strong Strategic Execution skills, bringing structure, clarity, and progress to cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills, connecting and aligning teams to drive outcomes.
Continuous Improvement mindset, combining analytical thinking with fresh ideas and proven practices to elevate performance.
