About the role

  • Serve as the proxy for the Transformation Director, leading day-to-day program activities.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Develop key program artifacts including executive narratives, progress reports, and decision-making materials.
  • Oversee the client PMO working team and drive operational excellence in program delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate cross-domain dependencies and ensure readiness for leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in program management, change management, or transformation leadership.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
  • Experience in the energy industry or related fields is a plus.
