About the role
- Help define the strategic direction for Enablement
- Lead the evolution of cloud infrastructure, networking, and systems
- Manage priorities to ensure initiatives are completed on time
- Collaborate with other teams to drive outcomes
- Build a strong culture of open communication
- Ensure alignment between engineering, design, product, and organization goals
Requirements
- Record of successfully and consistently delivering critical path projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous organisation and planning skills
- Experience mentoring a team to perform at a high level
- Experience managing large-scale internet-facing distributed systems
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and automation at scale
- Experience with cloud networking, Linux administration, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Previous experience leading technical delivery for small teams
- A proactive, innovative mindset
- Previous experience working in a remote-first asynchronous global team
