• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across financial institutions, broker-dealers, fintechs, consumer platforms, exchanges, and trading applications.

• Assess acquired-company collaboration stacks during and after diligence: what they run, how it's configured, what the security and compliance gaps are, and what it takes to consolidate.
• Rationalize overlapping tools across brands, decide what migrates, what sunsets, and what stays, and see those calls through.

• Operate as an experienced individual contributor focused on quality engineering, automation, and developer productivity.
• Own significant areas of Kraken's testing infrastructure, automation frameworks, and CI/CD tooling.
• Partner closely with engineers to improve reliability, testability, and release confidence across the Pro organisation.
• Work on matching engine services, market data infrastructure, external APIs, Futures and Derivatives systems, and other areas of the Pro trading stack.
