Analyst

• Monitor and analyze information from automated detection systems, tools, and reports

Fraud Analyst

Platform Engineer

• Own the reliability, availability, performance, capacity, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and security posture of shared data systems.
• Operate and improve platforms such as Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, MariaDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain high-touch abstractions and self-service workflows for provisioning, schema evolution, common operational changes, and routine maintenance.
• Use programming and AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive work, improve diagnostics, raise documentation quality, and shorten time-to-resolution during incidents.
• Implement, deploy, operate, and improve satellite tools that improve our platform and increase our operational leverage.
• Partner closely with internal engineering teams on data access patterns, query optimization, schema design, operational readiness, and safe adoption of shared infrastructure.
• Improve observability, alerting, SLOs, runbooks, and operational reviews so that systems are easier to understand and incidents are less likely to happen.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Senior Database Platform Engineer

• Own the consumer growth P&L — NTU volume, payback period, 12-month LTV, and cohort quality — as personal accountability, not a reporting metric
• Partner with the Consumer Product lead as a co-owner of the vertical's revenue, with shared conviction that neither function succeeds without the other
• Lead and develop growth leads within your pod who own sub-verticals within the consumer portfolio
• Set strategy and priorities for horizontal functions serving your vertical — paid, lifecycle, onboarding, SEO, affiliate — and hold them to interface-specific performance targets
• Drive go-to-market for new products and features with clear activation hypotheses, measurable targets, and fast iteration
• Build an AI-native production model where you and your pod produce performance creative, lifecycle emails, and campaign assets directly — reducing brief-dependent handoff cycles and compressing time to market
• Maintain deep fluency in your user's economics: who converts, who pays back fast, who generates durable LTV, and what separates them from those who don't
• Set and defend interface-specific targets for payback, LTV, and activation — and be the first to flag when cohort quality is degrading
• Bring cross-functional influence without cross-functional ownership — you do not build the execution infrastructure, but you must be able to direct it with enough specificity that horizontals are unblocked and accountable

Solutions Engineer

• Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales and our Partner Solutions Lead — map their architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to our product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks).
• Help define what the product suite should look like through the discovery being done on the front lines. Identify common asks and communicate priorities to downstream engineering teams so recurring asks get built as a priority directly into the product.
• Design tailored solutions spanning our existing offerings, customizations to those offerings, bespoke integrations built on top of our platform, or hands-on work directly in the customer's codebase.
• Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility and win the deal.
• Own a clean, structured handoff to our Implementation team — delivering PoCs, solution design docs, and knowledge transfer sessions that ensure what was promised gets built.
• Build the pre-sales Solutions Engineering playbook from scratch — discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks that the broader SE team will operate from.
• Identify product gaps blocking deals and feed them into the roadmap with business context. Escalate to leadership blockers and help identify permanent solutions so the blocker doesn’t arise again.

• Own the compliance programme for regulated activities covering obligations under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.
• Oversee and control all AML and compliance activities.
• Support onboarding and oversight of institutional distribution partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments in tokenised securities.
• Advise on product design and structuring.
• Provide compliance input across the full product lifecycle.
• Prepare compliance MI and reporting for board committees.
