Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience
  • Strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work
  • Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design
  • Strong, demonstrable AI design skills
  • Experience with Claude Design and other AI visual design tools
  • A systems builder, not a one-off maker
  • Comfortable designing lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets
  • Can hold and evolve a brand while the team ships fast
  • Experience producing clickable, code-backed prototypes
  • Strong collaborator and communicator
  • Bias to ship
  • Crypto-native or genuinely curious about crypto, trading, and prop
