Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience
Strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work
Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design
Strong, demonstrable AI design skills
Experience with Claude Design and other AI visual design tools
A systems builder, not a one-off maker
Comfortable designing lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets
Can hold and evolve a brand while the team ships fast
Experience producing clickable, code-backed prototypes
Strong collaborator and communicator
Bias to ship
Crypto-native or genuinely curious about crypto, trading, and prop
