General Counsel

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of prime brokerage (trading and custody) agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and related documentation with banks and other institutional counterparties.
• Help scale Kraken’s commercial lending business by standardizing documentation and driving efficient, risk-appropriate negotiations of loan agreements, term sheets, and security documentation.
• Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, and OTC teams on day-to-day derivatives trading, cash management, FX, and liquidity facilities.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with key institutional and high-net-worth partners and clients.

• Conduct data analysis of campaign results, while using data to optimize and create operational plans and manage spend.
• Execute thoughtful experimentation to unlock high-impact campaigns, and leverage automation to maximize engagement & retention throughout the whole customer lifecycle.

• Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Beholder, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention from former Kraken wallet users, other Krakenites and non Kraken users native on chain.
• Own the full end-to-end campaign management process, from strategic planning to execution, across various channels (email, social, display, ATL).
• Understand and optimize the customer journey, deploying engagement strategies that maximize LTV and retention.
