About the role
- Act as a senior point of escalation for complex data subject rights requests
- Take ownership of key components of technology integration initiatives
- Lead the development of operational controls for privacy program effectiveness
- Advise business stakeholders on practical, risk-based privacy considerations
- Contribute to the coordination of regulatory inquiry responses
- Review due diligence responses from data processors and other service providers
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve the privacy program’s documentation framework
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in privacy operations or similar operational privacy role
- Experience within a privacy or data protection function in a technology or financial services environment
- Strong working knowledge of the GDPR and familiarity with other key privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA)
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operational trackers
- Experience with knowledge base, task tracking, or data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively
- Highly process-oriented with demonstrated ability to design, document, and scale operational workflows
