About the role

  • Identify process improvement / efficiency opportunities through Gemba, Lean workshops and process reviews to be implemented to drive tangible benefit for KGSH/KDN
  • Ensure business cases are thoroughly researched and syndicated
  • Deliver Continuous Improvement projects within the divisional portfolio on time, to scope and within budget
  • Drive governance of Continuous Improvement Framework
  • Ensure the Continuous Improvement methodology, tools, technologies and thinking is embedded in this program at various leadership levels
  • Create and deliver a communications plan which builds a deep and wide understanding of Lean across the division
  • Collaborate with other departments / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization
  • Operate as an exemplar to constructively challenge the organization to constantly improve operational capability and performance

Requirements

  • 10 years of overall experience
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in driving independent Black belt six sigma / LEAN transformation projects from global services background
  • Must have led 5-10 strategical projects and executive large strategic transformations
  • Continuous Improvement expertise, experience of large and complex Lean projects and track record of significant delivery
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and personal history of applying them to deliver business benefits within an organisation
  • Ability to structure, analyse and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problems
  • Able to determine options, prioritise and make decisions that drive programme and organisational agenda forward
  • Ability to motivate and lead large cross-sections of the organisation through the Continuous Improvement journey
  • People management skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to operate effectively whilst under considerable pressure
  • Exceptional people skills - Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Deep Understanding of LEAN Tools and its implementations on ground
  • Quality & Business Excellence roles experience in large capacity
  • Ability to build value stream maps and use tools like Visio / Igraphics & other lean tools
  • Preferable experience in Quality Frameworks
  • Experience of building value stream maps, facilitating Action Workouts and drive GEMBA
  • Has run programs on Continuous Improvement across Operations/ IT/ Finance and Accounting/ Services & Sales
  • Knowledge of process automation / Robotic Process automation / digitization techniques and technologies / Six Sigma is an advantage
