About the role
- Work on projects to enhance Medline's Coupa Environment for Source 2 Pay (S2P) processes
- Execute projects in Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable and reporting business processes
- Perform business process analysis, data analysis, systems design, development, testing and deployment
- Partner with business sponsors, analysts, developers, and management
- Learn, execute and present project work with an assigned mentor
- Possible projects: Implement/enhance S2P processes, implement reporting/KPI dashboards for Procurement, enhance sourcing processes for RFI/RFP events
Requirements
- Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Background in Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills
- Knowledge of SQL a plus
- Any knowledge of Coupa or Sourcing/Accounts payable domain
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
