About the role
- Play a critical role helping clients achieve optimal use of their Infor ERP (M3) system
- Translate business requirements into integrated solutions that ensure system functionality, data integration, and automation
- Develop and lead Implementation, Migration, Configuration, Testing, and Training efforts for Infor M3
- Work with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business process requirements
- Document business requirements and translate them into narrowly defined design specifications for technical teams
- Design and develop end-to-end supply chain process flow documentation
- Configure key aspects of the M3 supply chain modules (procurement per customer requirements or IA best practices)
- Lead and/or assist with development of testing scripts and scenarios
- Create and execute change management plans including training process owners (end users) in M3 supply chain functions
- Advise clients on adopting Factory Track and own design decisions, application configuration, and solution documentation
- Apply relationship management skills to build long-lasting client relationships
- Mentor more junior team members in the normal course of business
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience with manufacturing and warehousing processes, including comprehensive understanding of warehouse functions from receiving to manufacturing as well as picking, packing, and shipping
- 5+ years of Infor M3 application configuration experience
- 3+ years of Infor M3 application implementation experience
- 5+ years in a consulting environment
- Robust understanding of Infor M3 (core ERP) and components of Manufacturing ERP systems
- Able to develop and lead Implementation, Migration, Configuration, Testing, and Training efforts
- Hands-on experience with developing change management plans (including training)
- Proven track record of collecting client requirements and turning them into integrated solutions that automate business processes
- Adept at advising clients on industry best practices
- Proven track record in configuring systems that reflect business process requirements
- Experience developing and executing testing plans
- Experience and comfort level with leading and/or overseeing change management efforts including end-user training
- (Preferred) Infor M3 Certifications
- (Preferred) Client project management experience
- (Preferred) Experience working with Infor’s industry CloudSuites
