• Work with clients to understand and document their business process requirements
• Document business requirements and translate them into design specifications
• Design and develop end-to-end supply chain process flow documentation
• Configure M3 supply chain modules in accordance with customer requirements
• Lead the development of testing scripts and scenarios
• Create and execute change management plans including training of end users in M3 supply chain functions
• Advise clients on adopting Factory Track and manage design decisions
• Build long-lasting client relationships
• Mentor junior team members
