Supply Chain

• Play a critical role helping clients achieve optimal use of their Infor ERP (M3) system
• Translate business requirements into integrated solutions that ensure system functionality, data integration, and automation
• Develop and lead Implementation, Migration, Configuration, Testing, and Training efforts for Infor M3
• Work with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business process requirements
• Document business requirements and translate them into narrowly defined design specifications for technical teams
• Design and develop end-to-end supply chain process flow documentation
• Configure key aspects of the M3 supply chain modules (procurement per customer requirements or IA best practices)
• Lead and/or assist with development of testing scripts and scenarios
• Create and execute change management plans including training process owners (end users) in M3 supply chain functions
• Advise clients on adopting Factory Track and own design decisions, application configuration, and solution documentation
• Apply relationship management skills to build long-lasting client relationships
• Mentor more junior team members in the normal course of business
