About the role
- Managing a portfolio of international clients
- Acting as relationship manager for your portfolio of clients
- Management and training junior team members
- Managing compliance diaries
- Liaising with international network firms
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Ensure strong working relationships
- Supporting and leading on business development initiatives
- Acting as an Engagement Manager on client engagements
- Reviewing and understanding our risk frameworks
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working in professional services – preferably a multi-disciplinary firm
- At least 4 years’ experience coordinating entity management projects
- Experienced in managing and training junior colleagues
- Preferably experience coordinating entity management across international projects
- Ideally experienced in the use of Diligent & GEMS and other legal entity databases
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational, attention to detail and personal skills
