About the role
- Orchestrate a Seamless Regional Deployment: Drive the on-schedule deployment of the GQRM - CAC solution
- Lead, Develop, and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Provide comprehensive regional oversight and strategic leadership for the GQRM - CAC - Deployment team
- Manage Complex Deployments with Strategic Oversight: Function as the central point of coordination and escalation for your region’s member firms/clusters
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with interconnected workstreams to ensure successful execution of a holistic transformation aligned to global requirements
- Identify and recommend improvements to the globally consistent approach to deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Strong experience in large, complex program leadership with a focus on execution
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with a large and diverse group of senior stakeholders
- Understanding of the KPMG Value Chain processes and technologies, including client acceptance and risk management
- Possess a proactive and analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify, address, and resolve complex issues
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
- Ability to communicate detailed information, instructions, and feedback clearly and effectively to the team; excellent ability to summarize complex information and present it concisely to Firm leadership
