About the role
- Lead MDM Transformations
- Drive large-scale MDM projects from strategy to implementation across our clients, employing Ai to delivery efficient and effective MDM processes.
- Provide MDM thought leadership to client stakeholders, advising on MDM strategies that support their digital transformation strategies.
- Be the expert in the room, advising clients on MDM deployment and tooling strategies.
- Lead a team of MDM architects to design and deploy best in class, Ai enabled MDM processes.
- Establish the tools and accelerators that make our approach to the delivery of MDM projects efficient and innovative.
- Work with our technology Alliance partners to establish our joint go-to-market propositions.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with other KPMG member firms where MDM capability is prevalent.
- Work to align propositions and offerings.
- Work with our Ignition teams to establish Ignition ready MDM collateral used to demonstrate the power of MDM to the C-Suite across our client base.
- Lead on responses to RFPs where MDM is a component part, bringing the best of KPMG to answer the client challenge.
- Support the build out and scale of the MDM capability across the firm in line with projected demand. Including the build out of capability in our KPMG delivery network.
- Work with our Ai development teams to establish the tools and methods that differentiate our MDM delivery in the market.
- Attend and represent KPMG at critical market events.
- Stay relevant in the market by developing a thorough understanding the MDM tolling market developments across the key vendors.
- Conduct research into new AI use cases and innovate to enhance KPMG’s offerings.
- Publish thought leadership regularly to enhance visibility of our brand in the market.
Requirements
- Strong background of MDM deployment experience, in industry or a consulting setting.
- Proven experience of MDM across multiple industry types such as CPG, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Financial Services and or public sector.
- Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders in complex situations.
- Proven ability to influence all the way up to C Suite.
- Deep understanding of MDM tooling architecture.
- Expert level MDM process knowledge.
- Solid understanding of how Ai can benefit MDM.
- Strong people development skills
