About the role
- Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows
- Working closely with senior leaders to support and lead on
- Designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans
- Advising on the tax impact of any corporate transactions
- Designing plans for the wider workforce
- Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy
- Maintaining awareness of market trends
- Delegating work to, and reviewing work carried out by, junior team members
- Training and developing junior team members
Requirements
- Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills as well as strong business development acumen
- ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification
