About the role

  • Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows
  • Working closely with senior leaders to support and lead on
  • Designing and structuring of new equity or cash-based incentive plans
  • Advising on the tax impact of any corporate transactions
  • Designing plans for the wider workforce
  • Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends
  • Delegating work to, and reviewing work carried out by, junior team members
  • Training and developing junior team members

Requirements

  • Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills as well as strong business development acumen
  • ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification
