About the role

  • Support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform.
  • Manage innovation through automation and transformation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to translate their vision into actionable deliverables.
  • Supporting sales efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of KPMG and third-party technology solutions.
  • Leading multiple technology projects, including delivery plans and tracking key milestones.
  • Oversee delivery of scalable solutions across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Ensuring delivery excellence and agility in our approach.
  • Managing project teams, including offshore resources.
  • Providing support to technical and design leads throughout project lifecycles.
  • Analysing, assessing, and tracking business benefits through to realisation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts.

Requirements

  • A strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology is essential.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects or solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in technology solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Tax and Accounting processes.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
