About the role
- Design, build, and configure solutions across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security are at the core.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and maintain a product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead and contribute to agile ceremonies—clarifying acceptance criteria, refining user stories, and supporting delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap informed by insights, data, and organisational priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Track product performance against KPIs and objectives, demonstrating measurable value.
- Provide Level 3 application support to maintain reliability, stability, and operational excellence across the application stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands on experience designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform, including modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM & SAM.
- Experience with API’s and SaaS integrations, including but not limited to Microsoft Entra.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into elegant, user centric solutions.
- A collaborative mindset—you build strong relationships, guide stakeholders, and work seamlessly with cross functional teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement, drawing on data, insights, and customer feedback to elevate product and service quality.
- The confidence to make informed decisions, solve problems proactively, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
