💰 NZ$105,000 - NZ$140,000 per year

About the role

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring recruitment decisions are aligned to business strategies.
  • Build robust talent pipelines and optimise internal talent.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agency partners.
  • Leverage KPMG’s Global Delivery Networks and Global Mobility programmes.
  • Work with a supportive Talent team who thrive on bringing the best people into the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic and operational talent acquisition, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • Strong talent sourcing and relationship‑building abilities – you’ll be able to authentically share our purpose and culture with top talent.
  • A confident communicator – you’ll be partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Exposure to Early Career or high-volume recruitment advantageous.
