About the role
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring recruitment decisions are aligned to business strategies.
- Build robust talent pipelines and optimise internal talent.
- Collaborate with recruitment agency partners.
- Leverage KPMG’s Global Delivery Networks and Global Mobility programmes.
- Work with a supportive Talent team who thrive on bringing the best people into the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic and operational talent acquisition, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong talent sourcing and relationship‑building abilities – you’ll be able to authentically share our purpose and culture with top talent.
- A confident communicator – you’ll be partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Exposure to Early Career or high-volume recruitment advantageous.
