About the role

  • Manage a subset of individual accounts, ensuring timely and thorough responses to client requests while meeting or exceeding annual sales growth targets.
  • Work closely with Account Managers from other regions on Strategic Global Financial Accounts.
  • Uncover opportunities for upsell and cross-sells within these accounts and drive them to close
  • Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, demand planning, reporting, and key metrics.
  • Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating with the sales team to maintain achievable forecasts.
  • Support cross-functional teams and share expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Represent Kpler externally with professionalism and credibility.
  • Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives that impact the company as a whole.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, account management, or sales role
  • Proven experience working for technology and/or data vendors
  • Mandatory experience within the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and domain expertise
