About the role
- Manage a subset of individual accounts, ensuring timely and thorough responses to client requests while meeting or exceeding annual sales growth targets.
- Work closely with Account Managers from other regions on Strategic Global Financial Accounts.
- Uncover opportunities for upsell and cross-sells within these accounts and drive them to close
- Serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, demand planning, reporting, and key metrics.
- Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients to inform strategy.
- Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating with the sales team to maintain achievable forecasts.
- Support cross-functional teams and share expertise to drive organizational success.
- Represent Kpler externally with professionalism and credibility.
- Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives that impact the company as a whole.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, account management, or sales role
- Proven experience working for technology and/or data vendors
- Mandatory experience within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of financial markets and domain expertise
