💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Build interactive online training courses, micro content trainings, videos, illustrations, promotional videos, and other multimedia to engage learners about safety, health, environmental, and compliance topics.
- Collaborate well, be able to take direction, and care about quality and accuracy.
- Work with the Training and Content team to help refine instructional design and development processes.
- Assist with training and multimedia production tasks.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA), when needed.
- Deliver trainings into platform(s), when needed.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, software updates, and upcoming trends.
- Provide assistance for script and training logging, folding sharing, processes, SOPs, frameworks, and other team documentation, when needed.
- Provide technical support and expertise for client tickets and recommend solutions.
- Raise critical issues and risks that may impact project timelines or other factors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or related field.
- Mid-level (ideally 4+ years) experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.
- Additional certifications in instructional design, communications design, or related a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, Microsoft products, Storyblocks, iStock, or other production training-related tools.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning theory
- Demonstrates organization, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop, process, format, and communicate technical and analytical information visually, auditorily, and with accessibility in mind.
