About the role
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using specialized software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and resource leveling.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on schedule data analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor schedule performance, track progress against key milestones, and report on project schedule status, deviations, and variances.
- Prepare schedule reports, graphical presentations, and visual representations for meetings and presentations.
- Support the development of baseline schedules, progress measurement methodologies, and earned value analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Scheduler or Scheduler Analyst in large construction projects, with a focus on tunneling or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project schedules and data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling best practices, and construction methodologies.
