Research Analyst

• Directly contribute to our company’s growth targets and ability to evolve in the future
• Use Konovo's proprietary technology to program and field research to desired client audiences
• Manage the daily data collection from market research surveys, leading the data quality review and cleaning of research data for up to 10-20+ surveys in a given month, or about 8-10 active projects in a week
• Collaborate with our Global Sample fulfillment team to complete research fieldwork in US and International markets, and manage sample quota goals
• Create comprehensive research reports for large scale / global pharmaceutical clients that turn data points into actionable findings and recommendations – you will regularly collaborate with clients as their trusted research partner, clearly articulating complex ideas and descriptive findings in easy-to-digest report deliverables with data charts and written insights
• Ensure compliant market research best practices by participating in required adverse event (AE) training, monitoring and timely reporting of AE's to pharmacovigilance while following strict internal and manufacturer-specific guidelines
• Ensure appropriate logging and management of internal project management portal for current research projects

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management and vendor management, ensuring high-quality results to our customers.
• Understand project budgets, manage vendor costs, and escalate concerns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
• Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensure high-quality results for clients.

Project Manager, Healthcare Research

• Execute patient-focused research studies from kickoff through closeout with senior oversight, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Panel, Programming, Compliance, and Operations to remove friction and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support client communications, status updates, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.
• Track milestones, quotas, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure study materials, screeners, and documentation are reviewed thoroughly before launch.
• Proactively identify potential risks and escalate or resolve issues to protect delivery timelines and client confidence.
• Maintain clean, organized records and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time to support US-based stakeholders and clients.
