• Lead and manage multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
