Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, or a client-facing operations role
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate inputs into clear pricing and feasibility decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Proven ability to manage high volume work without sacrificing accuracy
High ownership and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
Experience with Excel and related tools for tracking and analysis
Exposure to healthcare, patient research, or panel-based research a plus
Demonstrated use of AI or automation tools to improve speed, quality, or workflow efficiency
