About the role
- Execute daily HR operations and manage employee data within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for Americas employees, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Support and administer benefits programs across the US and broader Americas region.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws (e.g., FLSA, EEOC regulations) and applicable regional regulations across the Americas.
- Support audits and maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies.
- Deliver responsive and high-quality HR support to employees across US time zones(9pm-6am IST).
- Build trust through professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Generate insights through HR data, audits, and reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 4–5 years in HR / People Operations, preferably supporting US or Americas regions
- Tools: Experience with Workday and Google Workspace
- Skills: Strong communication, cross-cultural awareness, and problem-solving
