About the role
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Administer regional benefits programs (India/APAC) and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide timely, empathetic, and confidential support for employee queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee self-service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years in HR Operations / People Operations
- Experience with Workday and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
