About the role
- Responsible for finding the optimal door solution, from own KDB Product Portfolio or third-party solutions, to meet the customer’s needs for standard or non-standard cases.
- Select the correct product platform on which to make the offer.
- Ensures clarity on the solution’s scope, including KONE and possible third-party offerings.
- Creates product specifications for door equipment and local materials using door configuration tools from KDB, partners and suppliers.
- Responsible for correct product costings in non-standard cases, both for corporate and local materials.
- Coordinates product lead times from KDB Partner production facilities and local sourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in the construction or elevator industry is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Mastery of Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
