• Maintain and organize all project safety documentation, including JHAs, permits, inspections, incident reports, and training records.
• Manage document control and versioning using SharePoint, ACC and company systems.
• Track and report key safety metrics (TRIR, LTIR, EMR support data, etc.).
• Support safety workflows in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including issue tracking, document management, and field data.
• Support new hire safety orientation and onboarding documentation.

Construction Safety Administrator

Engineer

• Monitor and track project costs, commitments, and expenditures
• Develop and maintain project cost reports and forecasts
• Work closely with project managers and superintendents to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Review subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Assist in owner required project specific tracking (IRA, BABA, AIS)

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy

Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Plant Construction

Civil Engineer

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of civil industrial projects such as Wastewater Pump Stations, Water Reclamation Facilities, and large-scale utility projects.
• Ensure that project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Analyzes and understands plans and specifications.
• Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinates submittal process and working drawings requirements.
• Prepare or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, environmental impact studies, and designs for the project as necessary.
• Maintain and update project schedules by updating monthly schedules with the assistance of the Project Superintendent.

Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater Plant Construction

• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule
• Develop a timely project cost estimate or bid depending on the requirements of the client utilizing self-perform labor
• Prepare contract documents to obtain quotes from vendors to provide material, equipment, and other specialty items
• Interface with departments, divisions, and internal staff on issues related to budgeting, staffing, discipline of employees, training/development, scheduling and other activities involving discretion and judgment
