About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working onsite with the Project Team to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for Industrial projects
Manage project engineering and related personnel functions and activities
Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule
Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design
Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures
Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings
Oversee all pre-construction services, design-build services, and business development for the project
Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections
Manage time and organizes office and filing system efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical training and related experience
(5)+ years of similar construction engineering experience in Heavy Industrial projects
Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred but not required
