• Meet or exceed all pre-determined sales and appointment-setting metrics.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads, phone calls, and chats.
• Conduct outbound calls for equity mining, lease retention, and service reminders/specials.
• Schedule qualified appointments and ensure accurate information is recorded in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold leads and no-show appointments.
• Accurately log and update all customer interactions within the CRM and BDC systems.
• Follow established scripts and talk tracks while adapting to each customer.
