About the role
- Manage the full process for new hires and terminations, including paperwork, background checks, and equipment logistics.
- Administer US health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) and 401(k) plans. Handle annual open enrollment.
- Maintain digital employee files and ensure data integrity in our HR systems.
- Ensure adherence to Federal and CA state labor laws.
- Support general office administration and employee inquiries.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience managing US benefits and 401(k) enrollment.
- Strong understanding of California employment laws.
- Located in the San Jose area and able to work a hybrid schedule.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
