About the role
- Source new sales opportunities primarily through marketing lead follow-up, outbound cold/warm calling, email communication and social media
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Work with Partners, SDRs and Marketing to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet qualified opportunity targets
- Present and demonstrate the Kodem Security solution to security practitioners and C-level executives
- Understand customer needs, requirements, pain points and effectively demonstrate strong knowledge of Kodem Security’s products
- Stay up to date on industry news and competitive information
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a cybersecurity background
- You are a natural hustler and aren't afraid to reach out to people
- You like working in a fast-paced environment
- You are a strong communicator that works well with a team
- You are competitive and coachable
- You are familiar with technology and enjoy learning and building processes
- Preferred background: 2+ years of experience working with a SCA / SAST / DAST / ASPM / CSPM organization
- Existing relationships with the major CSPs and their sales teams (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge in the cybersecurity domain
- Long standing relationships within the Reseller / Channel Partner Community
- Have worked with a Startup before and not afraid to wear many hats
- Knowledge of MEDDPIC and why it is important
