About the role

  • Provide third line incident management (diagnosis, investigation, resolution)
  • Technical project implementation services to Kocho’s customers focusing on Cloud technologies
  • Work with incident management, service desk, other technical teams and the customer
  • Understand SLAs in a production environment
  • Provide detailed and effective communication to internal teams and customers
  • Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental relationships

Requirements

  • AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
  • AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administration (Desirable)
  • AZ-140 Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (Desirable)
  • AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (Desirable)
  • Experience with vulnerability management platforms
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (Azure/On-prem)
  • 2-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS in an Enterprise environment
  • 2-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services
  • PowerShell scripting (analyse, edit & create)
  • Configuring and maintaining Azure resources
  • Compile technical documentation and user guides for IT systems and applications
  • Monthly Patch Monitoring (Desirable)
  • Vulnerability Remediation Tool Expertise - Utilize tools such as N-Able, Azure Update Manager, and Autopatch to manage patching workflows
  • Scripting & Automation
  • Windows Server Maintenance
  • Strong written and oral communication in English (must)
  • Strong presentation skills (considered an asset)
