Analyst

• Provide first line application support to both the business and to our clients on our suite of applications
• Quickly analysing the nature of queries and customer problems and provide suitable solutions within service level agreements
• Establish and maintain high levels of incident ownership throughout the incident lifecycle, bringing the incident to a satisfactory conclusion
• Applying appropriate escalations procedures if required
• Work closely with 3rd party suppliers as needed to resolve issues
• Process internal Joiner, Mover, and Leaver Requests
• Maintain User Access Management for both internal and external users across applications
• Maintain data within applications to a high degree of accuracy
• Support the client on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Maintain and create supporting documentation for applications
• Work with internal stakeholders to complete minor changes to ensure applications meet business requirements

• Provide third line incident management (diagnosis, investigation, resolution)
• Technical project implementation services to Kocho’s customers focusing on Cloud technologies
• Work with incident management, service desk, other technical teams and the customer
• Understand SLAs in a production environment
• Provide detailed and effective communication to internal teams and customers
• Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental relationships

Azure Platform Engineer

Marketing

• Assist with execution of our busy marketing campaign plan.
• Create campaigns and deliver marketing activities; including event builds (within HubSpot – our Marketing Automation Tool), creation of email comms, managing event registrations and website updates.
• Write and develop content for campaigns, including web pages, email comms and event invitations.
• Attend marketing events to ensure they are executed well – including event setup, event organization and more.
• Hosting or running events and webinars as the host/marketing representative as required
• Liaise with the Sales team around joined up campaign registration drives, and post-event follow up.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, to share upcoming campaign updates and ongoing campaign results
• Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports.
• Keep contact information in our marketing database up to date when we gather new information
• Support with researching and adding new contacts and information to our database to support prospecting campaigns.
• Monitoring Marketing email inboxes, handling replies and making updates to our database records as required.
• Updating our website with new campaign and event information as and when required.
• Proof reading campaign builds, content, and email comms before we publish and share via the website.
