About the role

  • Find and onboard strategic 3rd-party partners (mobility, fintech, insurance, SaaS, platforms).
  • Build commercial partnerships with enterprise customers and platform players.
  • Turn partnerships into signed, revenue-generating agreements.
  • Own the full sales cycle: first contact → pitch → proposal → negotiation → contract.
  • Develop business through MiniApps, APIs, and B2B / B2B2C models.
  • Match Spark’s products (EV charging, insurance, fleet, MiniApps) with the right partners.
  • Work closely with management, product, and tech teams to execute and scale partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong personal network and the ability to turn it into real business.
  • Experience with SaaS, platforms, mobile products, or ecosystem-based businesses.
  • Confident in negotiations; able to sit at the table and close deals.
  • Strong ownership mindset — takes responsibility and drives results.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
