About the role
- Open and close the sales office daily
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Maintain sales office and model residences, including ordering supplies and cleanliness/maintenance
- Follow all processes in accordance with FL guidelines to ensure necessary documentation is completed
- Database maintenance and generating custom reports (contact lists, Daily & Weekly Reports, Monthly Office Schedule)
- Update and maintain listings across various platforms
- Ensure Management and Sales Team are prepared for weekly client meetings
- Provide support to the Marketing Team with marketing initiatives and event coordination
- Assist the Sales Team in all aspects of their day-to-day responsibilities
- Update and track all office administrative documentation for proper filing and record keeping
- Maintain positive customer-relations attitude and supportive approach with team members and ancillary professionals
- Perform any additional duties assigned
Requirements
- One or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
- FL Real Estate Sales License is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external clients at all levels
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Strong desire to learn about luxury real estate, marketing, architecture and design
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a variety of locations (on-site and off-site) and put forth extra effort for marketing or sales initiatives
- Highly professional in communicating with clients and customers
- Familiarity with Florida documentation guidelines and processes
