About the role

  • Responsible for effectively managing the daily operation of the business unit
  • Ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through the delivery of high-quality service
  • Works in collaboration with Director and Account Management team to ensure strong customer relations and operational excellence
  • Manages the performance of individuals to create/maintain a high-performance team
  • Oversees allocation of resources and staff to maintain appropriate standards of coverage
  • Addresses volume fluctuations and ensures availability of resources
  • Analyzes, researches, and identifies team service issues
  • Provides consistent communication to team members and Director regarding individual/team measurements and results
  • Creates an environment that fosters team effectiveness, cooperation, and professional growth
  • Works with Director to continuously develop overall team performance
